How to use OXX bank

At OXX bank we want to make things easy for you. You can contact us via the website, by email or by calling us directly; we’ll be happy to assist you and resolve any queries you may have.

To make orders it is necessary to register first. It’s very easy to do so: you just have to fill in the form displayed on the website with all the requested information. We will contact you and formalize the cooperation agreements required to start working together.
Once you have registered, requesting eggs is very simple: you can contact us directly by phone at +34 935 953 555, by e-mail at info@oxxbank.com or via your private area, where you will be able to fill in the donor request forms. Once we have received them, we will send you a candidate proposal.

If you accept it, as soon as we receive the corresponding vitrified oocytes, we will send them to your centre within 24 hours.

You can choose vitrified oocytes already in stock* or oocytes on demand (in the latter case, we will stimulate the selected donor, vitrify the oocytes and send them to you immediately).

We lend you an embryologist

We will be at your side throughout the process. If you prefer, a biologist from our team can visit your laboratory to answer any queries concerning the vitrification/devitrification process.

You only have to request the above by sending an email to info@oxxbank.com. We will contact you to arrange a date as soon as possible.

OXX bank embryologists will be at your service as if they formed part of your own team.

Shipment and delivery times

Transport is one of the key aspects to achieving success in a cycle with vitrified eggs. At OXX bank we will ensure that the oocytes travel from our bank to your centre in the very best conditions.
The eggs are transported in absorbed liquid nitrogen containers approved for land, air and sea transport, ensuring that the appropriate temperature is maintained throughout the journey. These containers are protected by special crates to prevent any damage during transport and any external manipulation.

In addition, in order to verify that there have been no oscillations harming the survival of the received material, the shipments use the OXX go! control system, enabling us to track the temperature of the sample throughout the journey and to check it once it has been received, while you can also track the shipment in real time.

The delivery times vary in accordance with the options available; we will send you one or more proposals, depending on when you need the oocytes. As soon as we receive the corresponding vitrified oocytes, we will send them to your centre within 24 hours.

You can choose vitrified oocytes already in stock* or oocytes on demand (in the latter case, we will stimulate the selected donor, vitrify the oocytes and send them to you immediately).

We take care of the process from beginning to end.
